Mr. and Mrs. Tomme
A little bit about Mrs. Tomme
I am married to a wonderfully loving husband, Andy - or Mr. Tomme as the kids know him. We have been married since my very first year of teaching, wow, that was a whirlwind of a year. We live in SW Fort Worth with our 5 cats and 2 dogs. We hope to have little kiddos of our own one day. Right now we enjoy spending time with our 3 nephews and 7 nieces.
I began my teaching career in 2004, but I feel like I have been teaching most of my life. When I was young I used to try to teach my little sister, Ms. Prucha - Hargrave 2nd Grade Teacher, to read. I then got the idea that I should try to teach kids in my neighborhood over the summer. That proved to be a challenge, but I loved it. It has been such an honor and privilege to get to teach at the same school with my sister. I LOVE getting to see her each day. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE teaching at JA Hargrave Elementary and am PROUD to be a HARGRAVE GATOR!!
